Bristol Granny Annexes is a family business, inspired by our own backstory, executed by a team drawn from construction, carpentry and landscaping.

Our first annexe was custom built by our manager, Adrian, for his Mother in law. Word of mouth spread and we soon began offering this service locally.

Our mission is to offer affordable, custom built annexes across the South West of England. We have a series of standard models, and we can design and build custom annexes in consultation with our clients.

We’ll work with you to ensure the dimensions, flooring, windows and utilities are all built to your taste and specifications.

We install classic and modern granny annexes and garden buildings. Our services also encompass general construction and home improvement projects such as conservatories, flooring, kitchen and bathroom fitting.

Our service radius extends from Bristol through the south west. We work in central Bristol areas, Clifton, Bedminster, Redcliffe to surrounding areas, Bath, Keynsham, Weston-super-Mare, Portishead, Yate and Thornbury.
